Flynn Law Firm Attorneys
The lawyer you meet is the lawyer on your case.
Flynn Law Firm attorneys have represented injured workers and accident victims in Tulsa and across Oklahoma since 2000. We stay small on purpose, so the attorney who reviews your claim is the one who handles it, and you can reach them when you call.
Our attorneys
You will know who is handling your file.
A small firm by choice. The person you speak with is the person working on your case, and you can reach them.

Hurt at work because of someone else? You may have two claims.
If another driver, a subcontractor or faulty equipment caused your injury, you may have a workers' comp claim and a claim against them. Workers' comp doesn't pay for pain and suffering. The second claim can. → How the two claims work
Our legacy
1950 – 2025
Robert Flynn was part of the foundation of this firm. The way it works today, plainly spoken, unhurried with clients and unimpressed by the other side, came substantially from him.
Our Staff
The people who will actually answer when you call
In a workers’ compensation practice, the legal staff do much of the work that decides a claim: chasing records, tracking treatment and keeping clients informed. Several of our staff members are bilingual.

Legal assistant
The firm has long maintained a bilingual support team of Spanish-speaking staff who answer the phone directly, rather than an interpreter service you have to book.
It matters more than it sounds. A workers’ compensation claim turns on exact details: precisely when you told your supervisor, precisely what you said, precisely what the doctor wrote in the chart. Those details do not survive being relayed through a third party on a phone line.
Common Questions
FAQs About Working
with Our Attorneys
Who will handle my case?
One of our attorneys, Michael D. Flynn or Pamla K. Cornett, supported by a dedicated legal assistant. You’ll know who is on your file from the first week.
Can the same attorney handle my workers’ comp and personal injury claims?
Yes. If someone other than your employer caused your injury, such as another driver or a subcontractor, you may have both a workers’ comp claim and a personal injury claim. We handle both, so one team works the two claims together. → How the two claims work
Can I talk to someone in Spanish?
Yes. Several of our legal assistants speak Spanish and answer the phone directly, with no interpreter to book.
Do you take cases outside Tulsa?
Yes. We serve northeast Oklahoma, and we handle workers’ compensation and FELA railroad cases statewide.
What happens when I first call?
You’ll speak with a member of our team who will ask what happened and take down the key details. If we don’t think you have a case worth pursuing, we’ll tell you on that first call. The consultation is free and doesn’t commit you to anything.
Can the same attorney handle my workers’ comp and personal injury claims?
Yes. If someone other than your employer caused your injury, such as another driver or a subcontractor, you may have both a workers’ comp claim and a personal injury claim. We handle both, so one team works the two claims together.
