Michael D. Flynn represents injured workers and accident victims at Flynn Law Firm in Tulsa. His practice centers on Oklahoma workers' compensation and personal injury claims: denied claims, disputed disability ratings, car and truck crashes, and cases where a work injury also creates a claim against someone other than the employer.
Michael earned his business degree (BBA) from the University of Oklahoma in 1981 and his law degree (J.D.) from the University of Arkansas School of Law in 1997. He went on to earn an LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Missouri-Kansas City in 1998, training that is useful when a settlement raises questions about what a client actually keeps.
He was admitted to practice in Missouri in 1997, Kansas in 1998 and Oklahoma in 2005. Like everyone at the firm, he represents only injured people, never insurance companies or employers, and he speaks with clients plainly about what their case is worth and what happens next.
